Open to the public. Brief reports followed by a presentation by NFA alumnus (1998) Brenton M. Easter. Mr. Easter is a special agent with the Homeland Security Department’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, who investigates international art and antiquity theft. He will talk about his work in the Middle East and in Egypt. Reception to follow. This program is free to all current members, including those who join at the event. Brenton Easter ’98 the “Real-Life Indiana Jones”

Brent Easter '98, the subject of a 2015 Five Thirty Eight and ESPN Films documentary directed by award-winning filmmaker Jason Kohn about the largest bust of stolen and smuggled antiquities in US history, has been dubbed “the Real-Life Indiana Jones.” As a student at NFA, Easter was captain of the swim team, a pianist, and a history buff with a quick wit and an engaging smile.
