Important Dates

April 24, 2026: Application deadline
May 22, 2026: Notification of acceptance
June 18, 2026: Registration fees due
November 13, 2026: 4-6 pm evening setup
November 14, 2026:

  • 7:30-10 am - Morning setup
  • 10 am - Event doors open
  • 3-4:30 pm - Event breakdown

Please be advised: All items for sale must be created by the applying artisan(s), and must be original, well-made, and hand-crafted. Artisan vendors are not permitted to sell items created by other parties. Any merchandise not approved by the jurying committee or considered offensive or inappropriate can be removed by the craft show committee.
