Museum Matinees

Start your weekend off right with a FREE showing of a family-friendly film! On select Saturdays, families are invited to join us in Slater Auditorium to watch newly released and classic children movies. Families who attend the matinee also receive free museum admission for the day.

Storytime at Slater

Families with young children attend the Story Time series at Slater Museum
In partnership with the Otis Library, join us for story time inside the museum! At each story time children can expect stories, songs, crafts, and a chance to get up close to objects from the museum’s collection. Stories are best fit for ages 6 and under, but all ages are welcome! Story time at Slater occurs at 10:30 am on the first Friday of each month.
